I
have taken over the preparation of the newsletter from Peter
Skinner , who is very busy with work projects for the
foreseeable future. Sorry to report I cannot produce the
excellent graphic editions that Ric was producing , however the
message will still be distributed although in plain jane format
for the time being !!
Pleased to report that John Phillips is home again after a stay
in hospital and I am sure all members wish him a speedy
recovery. My idea at this stage is to keep this newsletter as a
local supplement to our regular issue of ' Vintage Car ' !! Any
technical or general interest articles can be sent off to Sydney
for that booklet of course !!
Lakeside on Thursdays

Gulson reports that he is having a fairly lonely time on
Thursdays @ Lakeside, for those that can attend , he would be
pleased to see you there..........
Money matters
I
now have custody of the Vegemite jar , account balance is
sitting around $600 at present.
Regalia
I
am also looking after regalia at this stage and generally will
have the gear with me at the Breakfasts, if you need specific
items not held by me I can order in from Sydney , feel free to
email me!!
Name Badges
Canberra
Trophy Centre , 12 Molonglo Mall , Fyshwick make the proper
VSCCA name badges for members. Order code is T-VSCCA-NB and you
can have them in magnetic form for $11.95 or with a pin for
$8.80.They will also post them out , their number is 6280 6520.
Club web site
John
Grant looks after maintenance of the club web site and asks that
all members submit photos of their cars, together with a brief
technical description. You'll find the details at
www.vscca.org.au
