General News Pleased to report a good turnout for the run to Grandmas Little Bakery at Collector !! A reminder about the Cootamundra Sprints club run on Sat 1 September , it was a most enjoyable day last year, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of machines that turned out and competed hard !! I am going to do a day run this year , might see you there , its an easy drive to Coota !! Springers Rest has been booked for Sunday 18 November for our Xmas lunch to get in ahead of 2012 Xmas crowds!!
*2012 Christmas lunch* As mentioned above , Springers Rest has been booked for Sunday 18 November , 12.00 for 12.30 , 3 course meal ( with 3 choices ).Cost this year will be $50.00 per head, drinks not included. Please advise me by 9 November if you are coming , can deposit direct to St George (DOHERTY ) BSB - 112-908 Acct - 457504815 , or cheque made out to DOHERTY or cash, this event needs to be prepaid for the restaurant!!
*Lakeside on Thursdays* The get togethers at the lake continue to happen for those that can make it ,on Thursdays, subject to reasonable weather of course......... *Money matters* I now have custody of the Vegemite jar , account balance is sitting around $580 at present. Regalia I am also looking after regalia at this stage and generally will have the gear with me at the Breakfasts, if you need specific items not held by me I can order in from Sydney , feel free to email me!! *Name Badges* Canberra Trophy Centre , 12 Molonglo Mall , Fyshwick make the proper VSCCA name badges for members.
